Office hours and response target
The founder monitors this mailbox during office hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Europe/London, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
We aim to respond within 48 hours during office hours. Weekends and public holidays can add time.
Reporting an issue
For rule or calculation concerns, use the Report this check action in a saved receipt where available. It includes the receipt ID and rule version in your email draft. Do not send passwords, broker login details, account credentials or payment-card information.
We prioritise reports suggesting a material rule or calculation error affecting multiple users, then account-access/privacy requests, then ordinary product questions. Support does not provide investment, legal, tax, regulatory or prop-firm advice, and cannot place, alter or cancel trades.
