Refunds and Cancellation

No paid service at present
We do not take payment-card details, sell subscriptions, charge a fee, or offer a paid digital service at this stage. There is therefore no paid subscription to cancel and no refund process currently applies.
Before any paid launch
Before any paid feature is launched, we will publish separate paid-service terms covering price, billing period, service start, cancellation, refunds, consumer cancellation rights, digital-content consent where relevant, and customer support. We will not collect payment for a future connected, monitoring or order-control feature until those terms and the payment operation are live.
