1. Eligibility and the current beta

By using PROPTECTION, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are resident in the United Kingdom, and accept these Terms. Do not use the service if you do not accept them. The current Manual Beta is not offered to residents outside the United Kingdom.

The Manual Beta is free. We do not currently sell subscriptions, process payments, connect to trading accounts, place, alter or block orders, hold client money, or provide a live monitoring service. Any future paid, connected or international service will be subject to separate terms before it is made available.

2. What PROPTECTION does — and does not do

PROPTECTION provides manual tools to help you organise selected prop-firm rule information, enter account and trade details, calculate indicative risk and position-size limits from those inputs, record checks, and replay historical information against supported rule profiles.

PROPTECTION is an information, calculation and record-keeping tool. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation, a recommendation to buy or sell an investment, financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, brokerage, execution, portfolio management, or a guarantee that a prop-firm account will pass, remain funded or receive a payout.

You are solely responsible for checking the current official prop-firm agreement, your broker or platform contract, instrument specifications, prices, account values, order size and every order before you place it. Rule summaries, calculations, reference prices, historical replays and warnings can be incomplete, delayed, wrong for your account, or changed by the relevant provider without notice. The relevant prop firm and trading platform control your account and their terms prevail.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current information; keep your own trading, account and export records; use the service lawfully; and not upload passwords, broker login details, account credentials, unlawful content, malware, or data you are not entitled to use. Do not rely on a result as the sole basis for a trade or account decision.

• Do not interfere with, scrape, bypass security on, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use PROPTECTION to build a competing service.
• You retain rights in the information you enter and grant us the limited right to host, process and display it as necessary to provide the service.
• We own or license the PROPTECTION service, branding, software, design, documentation and rule presentation. These Terms grant a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Manual Beta for its intended purpose.

4. Third parties, availability and changes

PROPTECTION may display official-source links, direct provider links and reference data. We do not control third-party services or endorse them merely by linking to them. Their terms, privacy notices, prices, availability and rules apply separately.

The Manual Beta may change, be interrupted, be withdrawn, or contain errors. We may amend supported profiles, calculations or features where reasonably necessary for security, accuracy, legal compliance, maintenance or product development. We will not knowingly present a planned feature as available.

5. Liability, ending use and law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that sentence, the Manual Beta is provided free of charge and you use it at your own risk. We are not responsible for trading losses, prop-firm decisions, failed challenges, lost profits, lost data not held by us, indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from information, prices, rule changes or third-party services outside our reasonable control. This does not affect a right to a remedy where we fail to use reasonable care and skill as required by law.

You may stop using PROPTECTION at any time and, if signed in, use the account-deletion feature or contact us to request deletion. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
